JRM Websites Terms and Conditions

Each 'Information' page may contain a maximum of 500 words with 5 photographs and graphics (normally provided by the customer).

The 'Contacts/Links' page may contain your E-mail address together with your Company details (e.g. address, phone no., fax no., etc.).

Each page may also contain the Company's logo. The logo should be provided in any common graphic format or it may be supplied in a printed format on a plain white background.

The customer can provide text for the web site either handwritten/typed or in the form of a 'Word' or 'Text' file.

Photographs can be supplied in the form of a print (maximum size A4) or in 'JPEG' or 'BMP' format.

If a customer requires additional pages (over 6 pages) then this will be charged at £25 per additional page.

Payment for the 'all in' package of £299 shall be:-

• £50 on purchase of your domain name.

• £249 balance on publishing your web site to the Internet.

The 'all in' package of £299 includes the following:-

• Web site design (up to 6 pages) as detailed above.
• Registration of one UK domain name and Nominet fees for 2 years.
• Hosting for 2 years with up to 10 Mb of usage.
• Set up of E-mail address and mail forwarding.
• Future minor amendments free of charge (e.g. telephone number change).
• Registration with at least15 search engines.
• Build in 'Hitometer'.

There will be additional charges at JRM Web Sites standard rates for the following:-

• Additional pages at £25 per page.
• Major modifications to your Web site (new pictures, major rewrite, etc.) after final publishing at £25 per page.
• Registration of additional domains or registration of a non-UK domain (e.g. .com).
• Web hosting that exceeds the allocated bandwidth.
• Web hosting following the expiry of the initial 2 year period.

Either party may terminate the agreement after the initial 2 year period has been completed.

JRM Web Sites Ltd shall not be responsible for any Server downtime.

Maintenance charges for the 3rd year are payable 1 week before the 2nd anniversary of your domain name registration (and each year thereafter).

JRM Web Sites Ltd will not be responsible or liable for any copyright or trademark infringement caused by publishing material supplied by its customers. Customers must ensure that all material supplied to JRM Web Sites Ltd is cleared for intended use. JRM Web Sites Ltd reserves the right to request proof of copyright of supplied materials prior to publishing.
